St. Justin Martyr Greek Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 C romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1 C cherry tomatoes quartered
  • 1 red onion chopped
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 C feta cheese
  • 1 tbsp dill
  • 1 avocado optional
  • ½ C olives optional

Instructions

  • Chop all of the vegetables and toss with feta cheese and fresh dill. Drizzle with a vinaigrette of your choosing. Enjoy!
