Hi, I just recently found out about your podcast and I’ve been looking at your website. I noticed the liturgical gift guide for the homeschool family, And I was looking at the Maria von trapp book and I’m assuming she was Catholic? So is their liturgy like our liturgy in the LCMS? My kids are all grown and I did homeschool them, but I was interested in the book for me so that’s why I was asking. 😊

Hello! I am so happy you found us! Yes; it is a Roman Catholic resource and I find it to be so helpful for all the areas in which it intersects with our traditions as Lutherans. She shares her family’s liturgical traditions for major holidays, family days (birthdays, anniversaries, etc.) and recipes, songs, etc.! There are some sections that I don’t find to be as helpful, but all in all, I recommend. 🙂
